Hey everyone, think I'm coming down with a cold or something, been feeling kind of off and now my sinus' are acting up! So I'm just going to do a short, random post today.
Have you ever had an experience with your mom when you thought you were right but you weren't? I have and I probably wouldn't have admitted that before now, I don't like being wrong but 'you can't always be right' is a lesson we all must learn growing up. Too bad my daughter is too young to grasp that concept...terrible two's really are terrible LOL
Yesterday I decided to cook a few deserts because I had a major craving for chocolate and peanut better so I decided to make these:
Pro tip: if you cant see the pic, right click> save as >open on your computer (you will want to try these anyways)
Mine didn't look that cool but whatever they were pretty tasty. Also made a batch of homemade peanut butter cookies.
How to:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Preheat oven 350C. Mix the peanut butter until smooth, beat the egg and add it to the peanut butter. Finally, add in the sugar and mix it all up. Round into balls and drop onto a cookie sheet (greased if its not a tin foil one) and bake for 12-15 minutes or until they start looking golden brown around the edges. Makes about 12 good sized cookies.
