I made a homemade hair conditioner yesterday and gave it a try it was really cheap, easy and effective! My hair is so soft and manageable so I thought I would share the tip!
2 Green Tea Bags (I used mandarin orange flavor, smelled amazing!)
1 Tsp Honey
1 /4 Tsp Vanilla (for scent)
1/4 Tsp Olive oil (optional for those with extra dry and frizzy hair)
Boil 3 cups of water and steep the 2 Tea bags until water cools. Remove the bags and add the vanilla, honey and oil. Mix well and Put in your hair for 15 minutes. I would suggest parting the hair as its easy to distribute that way. Made sure to massage it into your scalp as the tea is great at stopping dandruff. Wash it out after 15 minutes, use a light shampoo like baby shampoo and use regular conditioner. Your hair will be incredibly smooth and silky!
yummy

Jasmine tea and Rosemary is very good too for conditioner. :D
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid I'd eat it.... or I'd eat the jelly beans that are your background.
ReplyDeleteI'll have to show this to my girlfriend. The water out here dries up everything. Anywho, here's my daily support. Give some back yeah?

This sounds more like a tea recipe than for conditioner. :P
ReplyDeleteI'd probably end up drinking this in the shower too to prevent myself from falling asleep.
